This March & April, we will provide the foundational basics of mindfulness and yoga to our Primary 4 pupils! Through these powerful practices, pupils will develop:

✅ Improved academic performance
✅ A stronger sense of balance & well-being
Our sessions will be facilitated by yoga instructor, Ms Spreeuw, and our Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø nurse, Ms Davis.
